For food safety and quality-control reasons Smokin’ Buttz does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for online purchases. Please carefully review your items, flavors, sizes, quantities, shipping address, and order details before completing checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please refer to our Damage Policy and contact us within the timeframe stated there.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that your order didn’t make it to you in one piece. We certainly do our best to properly package each item, but sometimes a package can be damaged in transit. Please notify us within 5 days after receiving the shipment with a photo of the damaged item at sauces@smokinbuttzbbq.com. With proof of the damage, we would be happy to send out a replacement or issue a full refund for the order.

Have a sudden change of heart? We would be happy to cancel any orders that have not been shipped. Please notify us at sauces@smokinbuttzbbq.com of any cancellations. We process orders pretty quickly, so please notify us of any cancellations as quickly as possible. If the order has already shipped, please view our return policy.
